Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship - Loughborough
1. Manage medicines safely and effectively: Manage, order, receive, maintain, and supply medicines and pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Provide health advice: Offer person-centred health advice to patients on prescriptions or over-the-counter products and refer to healthcare professionals when necessary.
3. Support pharmacy operations: Assist in daily pharmacy management, including clinical governance, business processes, and supervising staff.
4. Train healthcare teams: Provide training to pharmacy staff and wider healthcare teams, especially new members.
5. Ensure quality service: Maintain high service standards through regular audits, evaluations, and responding to feedback.
6. Qualification: Gain a Level 3 nationally recognized qualification, equivalent to A levels, enabling registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacy Technician.
Salary: £7.55 per hour
