CIS Contractors: £330‑£350 per day – 4 Opportunities
A leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seeks an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor with an M&E / Building Services background to join their award‑winning business and planned UK National growth for 2026.
Applicants must be based in or near the Bicester/Oxfordshire area and be able to commute to site.
Role Overview
You will be an “off the tools” Manager, present on site to work, coordinate and check off electrical installation works. Projects can range from £1.5M to £20M+.
We expect you to have direct electrical site management or supervisory experience, managing on‑site installations in new build commercial and industrial buildings such as industrial sheds for distribution and warehousing, data centres, hospitals, and purpose‑built industrial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Electrical Engineers, Electricians, Supervisors and Foremen on site.
* Coordinate with specialist sub‑contractors, electrical engineers and electricians to undertake installation elements.
* Maintain on‑site leadership, liaising regularly with your team.
* Ensure all site activities meet quality, safety and project schedules.
Qualifications
* Strong background in M&E / Building Services electrical installation.
* Proven record of managing electrical site teams.
* Experience in large commercial and industrial installations.
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
