Job Description
The Social Media Executive will lead the creation, scheduling, and management of engaging content across Unique Home Care NI’s social media platforms. This role supports the company’s brand visibility, community engagement and recruitment efforts.
This is a part time position that can fit in around you and your studies or family between, we require between 15 and 20 hours per week.
We are looking for someone who in on trend in the social media world, who has the ability to plan and effectively manage multiple channels. Marketing experience or currently in education in marketing or similar field is preferable.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with company events, recruitment drives, and health & care awareness campaigns.
* Create, edit, and publish multimedia content (posts, videos, graphics) tailored to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
* Monitor engagement and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
* Collaborate with internal teams to highlight staff achievements, training, client feedback, and community involvement.
* Track analytics and report on performance insights monthly to support strategic decisions.
* Ensure all content adheres to data protection laws, confidentiality agreements, and the ethos of Unique Home Care NI Ltd.
