Key responsibilities include:
* Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing
* Analyse and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity
* Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity, and increase customer service quality
* Analyse shift performance and implement actions to improve operational excellence
* Collaborate with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices
A day in the life involves working on a shift pattern, focusing on safety, quality, and shift performance standards, as well as overseeing process improvements and being a role model and mentor to new managers.
Basic Qualifications
Required:
* A degree
* Relevant people management experience
* Experience communicating with various stakeholders
* Experience using data to influence business decisions
* Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
* Experience in another logistics environment
