This role is a Regional People Partner for the East of England region, supporting academies in Norwich, Ipswich and across Eastern coastal regions. The role is remote, with the expectation that you live within easy travel distance to the supported schools.
The Regional People Partner will lead on a range of employee relations issues and casework, support organisational and cultural change to align with the organisational strategy (including TUPE transfers), and work with defined client groups and central teams to undertake people planning and strategic partnering to deliver the Trust strategy.

About You
We are looking for a candidate with strong generalist HR experience, ideally within a multi-academy trust, the education or public sector. You will be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience and be willing to develop further.
You will have experience in managing complex casework and high-level employee relations issues, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work and conflicting priorities to meet deadlines. Ideally you will have knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Familiarity with the Green Book and Burgundy Book frameworks and their application in education will support you, though candidates without education experience are welcome to apply. You should have the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively to provide guidance as a trusted strategic partner.
