Qualified Social Worker, Fostering/CIC
Pay rate – £35 per hour

Vitalis is recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Fostering/CIC Team in Wigan.
Responsibilities include:
1. Being social work qualified
2. Experience of pathway planning and pathway plan review meetings
3. Conducting keeping in touch visits and recording these
4. Using Liquid Logic
5. Possessing a full driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance
6. Attending reflective group supervision
7. Completing risk assessments and coordinating the team around a care leaver
8. Supporting the team manager in progressing pathway planning for separated young people
9. Participating in monthly case supervision involving reflection
