Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
* Drive business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
* Provide strategic input into the company's growth and development plans.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of the planning process and regulations.
