THE PURPOSE
As a key member of the Operations team, the Event Manager plays a central role in the planning, execution, and delivery of events in both the UK and overseas. The purpose of the role is to ensure the seamless end-to-end management of events, delivering outstanding customer experiences while optimising commercial performance. This includes overseeing all logistical planning, managing on-site delivery, and ensuring programmes are delivered on time and within budget.
The Event Manager acts as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners, representing the business professionally with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders. We’re looking for an experienced and confident event professional who thrives in a leadership role—both in the office and on-site. You’ll be someone who balances a strong commercial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to the team, while remaining calm and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments.
