Job Description:
Company Description
& Other Stories is a fashion brand offering women a wide range of shoes, bags, accessories, jewellery, lingerie, beauty products, stationary, and ready-to-wear to create their personal style, or story. Our creative ateliers in Paris, Los Angeles, and Stockholm design diversified fashion collections with great attention to detail and quality at an affordable price.
Job Description
At & Other Stories, we emphasize customer contact and offering a personal and highly qualitative service in the store. Being part of our store team makes you the first person our customers meet and an important ambassador for & Other Stories. Your styling know-how brings something special to our store along with fashion expertise that keeps you up to date with industry trends. Our customers find new inspiration from your personal style and can rely on your ability to give styling guidance from the heart. The Sales Advisor position is one of our most important roles and a great way to start your career with us. Many of our managers began on the sales floor, where excellent customer service is key. Our service, stories, ideas, products, and images are meant to inspire and empower customers to create their personal style or story.
We are looking for a Full-Time Key Holder on a contract basis. You would be required to work 5 days a week, Monday through Sunday.
Your responsibilities:
The role of an &Other Stories Sales Advisor includes:
* Providing excellent customer service to maximize sales on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and at the cash desk.
* Being aware of store goals and sales figures, and familiar with applicable procedures and guidelines.
* Actively working with garments to ensure high standards are maintained.
* Having knowledge about garments, fabrics, and garment care.
* Processing customer transactions at the cash desk.
* Receiving and processing deliveries.
* Helping to prepare for seasonal sales and campaigns.
* Following store routines, policies, and guidelines to assist in loss prevention and safety.
* Working well in a team and actively supporting colleagues.
* Executing store opening and closing procedures.
* Supporting the District Manager in daily operations, planning, customer service, and store management.
Qualifications
You love people and are always willing to go the extra mile for your customers. You can drive sales in a dynamic environment and recognize what needs to be done in the store. Experience with cash register routines is preferred but not essential; willingness to learn is most important. Your passion for fashion, styling, and customer service, along with your drive and ambition, should come through in a hands-on approach. You live by values and are a strong team player with an open mindset who can handle the pressures of a busy day.
To be a good fit, you're a multitasker who enjoys being on your feet. You're positive, friendly, with a fantastic sense of style. You have great organizational skills and enjoy working with a team of similarly outgoing and fashion-interested individuals.
