Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per annum

The Role
* Deliver exceptional domiciliary care services
* Manage a team of dedicated care professionals
* Grow and develop the service
* Recruitment and training
* Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Skills and Qualifications
* In-depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores
* Must hold full UK driving license and car is essential
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Preferred)
* Minimum NVQ Level 3 and willing to work towards NVQ Level 5
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
* An enhanced DBS will be required for successful applicant
* Full time, Permanent
