Flexible and hybrid working arrangements provide the balance you need, while you contribute to a cause that truly matters.How you'll make an impactAs an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll act as the financial compass - guiding strategy, overseeing financial stewardship, and ensuring operational excellence across finance, governance, IT, and facilities. Your expertise will help the organisation deliver on its vision while maintaining long-term sustainability.
* Provide strategic leadership and management to Finance, IT, Governance, Health & Safety, and Facilities teams.
* Deliver timely, relevant, and accurate financial information for Board, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
* Lead all aspects of financial operations - budgeting, reporting, and control - within Board parameters.
* Partner with the Executive Director, SLT, and key stakeholders to align strategy, resources, and impact.
* Manage the organisation's premises strategy to optimise facilities in line with organisational objectives.
* Drive process efficiency and systems improvements across all operations.
* Provide robust tax advice and ensure compliance while optimising for organisational benefit.
* Support and lead organisational change, including financial systems upgrades and transformation projects.
* Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and lead the annual audit process.
* Contribute to organisational planning through business plans, three-year strategies, and annual plans.

* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant senior-level leadership experience.
* Proven track record in strategic financial planning, governance, and organisational leadership.
* Skilled at organisational change, process improvement, and implementing strategic plans.
* Strong commercial acumen, interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
* Charity sector experience with solid knowledge of Charity SORP, charity law, and regulatory frameworks.
* Collaborative leadership style with the ability to engage and inspire diverse teams.
