This is a front-facing role where youll be one of the first points of contact for students, helping to create a welcoming and smooth move-in experience during peak, high-energy periods.
What youll be doing:
* Welcoming students and providing a friendly first impression
* Assisting with check-ins and general enquiries
* Helping students with luggage and directions
* Supporting the team with general tasks throughout the day
* Getting involved wherever needed to keep things running smoothly in a busy environment
What were looking for:
* Upbeat, positive, and approachable attitude
* Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
* Proactive and happy to take initiative
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Happy to be on your feet for most of the day
* Physically fit and willing to assist with lifting luggage
* Flexible and available for ad hoc and weekend work
