About The Commercial Directorate
This role sits within our dynamic Commercial Directorate, specifically in the Commercial Partnerships Team. You will work alongside colleagues in Research & Development, Business Development, Commercial Contracting & Supply Chain, Marketing and Commercial Support—forming a collaborative unit that drives Shaw Trust’s growth and impact.
The Role
As Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strategic, regional relationships with commissioners and stakeholders. Your work will support both existing contract delivery and future commercial opportunities, helping Shaw Trust expand its reach and deepen its impact.
You will collaborate closely with our core service areas—Employability, Wellbeing & Health, Education, Learning & Skills, and Children & Young People’s Services—to bring together regional market intelligence and regional stakeholder insights. You will lead on the identification, engagement and onboarding of new supply chain partners, ensuring alignment with our values and strategic goals.
