We are recruiting for a permanent, full-time Residential Support Worker to join our Mother & Baby Family Residential Service based in Market Harborough. In this role, you will support mothers (and occasionally fathers) and their children who are completing a 12–16 week residential assessment programme through the courts. Families may be referred for a variety of reasons, including young parenthood, domestic abuse, substance misuse, mental health concerns, or additional safeguarding needs. Your role will involve supporting parents to safely care for and meet the needs of their children, whilst providing guidance, encouragement, and practical support throughout their placement. You will work closely with families to help them develop their parenting skills and create a safe, nurturing environment for their children, in line with court expectations and care plans.
