Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Gloucester, Brockworth Business Park
Contract: Permanent / Full Time; 40hrs a week

Mears Group are a highly established Nationwide Business; our Gloucester head office are now looking to recruit an additional Accounts Payable Clerk to join their already dedicated Team.

About the role:
You will be joining a busy, vibrant Accounts environment. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience in a high-volume busy environment, be great at building professional relationships and have excellent organisation and administration skills.
- Inputting supplier invoices with speed and accuracy
- Investigating and resolving supplier queries
- General maintenance of the purchase ledger
- Other ad-hoc finance tasks as required
- Data entry and statement reconciliation
Key Criteria:
1. Previous administration experience within a fast paced, volume lead position.
2. If you have Accounts or Ledger experience this would be advantageous but not essential
3. A strong administrator with excellent IT and database skills
4. You will be tenacious, organised, self-motivated, a confident communicator,
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage your own workload
6. Professional, confidential and able to communicate with a broad range of personalities and business managers
