Joining us on a full time basis you will work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Please note this role carries the responsibility of on call duties in support of the Service Manager Your Day-to-Day… You’ll be working 40 hours a week in Ranaich House with Learning Disabilities. As Deputy Manager at Ranaich House, you’ll play a vital role in shaping a positive, high-quality care environment where both residents and staff can thrive. Working alongside a supportive management team, you’ll help lead with compassion, uphold excellent clinical standards, and inspire a culture of respect, dignity, and teamwork. Ensure the team provides safe, sound & supportive care to the people they support Be a role model to your team & provide effective leadership & management Work with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities & regulatory bodies to deliver a high-quality service & promote a positive culture Meet quality targets to ensure the service is providing the best support & care possible. You are: A qualified Nurse (RNLD or RMN) A talented leader with strong line management & communication skills Experienced within a mental health setting & a multidisciplinary team An effective people, time & task manager with a proven track record of working with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care.
