Role required to support to the LD Team
Job Purpose:
To provide a range of administrative and clerical support to social workers and managers
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To maintain and manage Adult Services outlook mailboxes as required
2. To provide support to social work teams and managers across the Learning Disability Service
3. To enter contact and referral information on CareFirst
4. To update and process forms and documentation on Carefirst to support social work colleagues and managers
5. To process case transfers, closures and archive client files
6. To support the development and maintenance of Sharepoint sites and documents across Adult Services
7. To support with collating, redacting and providing copy records or information for court cases, FOI and SAR requests
8. To assist in updating, maintaining casefile records and working documents
9. To provide administrative support to the Team Managers when requested and arrange meetings / provide minutes
10. Facilitate and note take for meetings as required, including Best Interests, Continuing Health Care, Move On, Discharge Planning, Disciplinary and Team meetings
11. To process orders and pay invoices via SAP, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and recording
12. Maintain stationery supplies
13. To liaise with appropriate manager in respect of the admin process for new starters and liaise with ICT, CareFirst in respect of training and set up
14. Assist in providing a reception service including message taking and administration of the team purchasing card
15. To assist with the LD Duty process, telephony and email
16. To assist in maintaining electronic filing systems
17. To support teams and managers with updating and maintaining allocation and referral lists and provide statistical information as required
