We have an exciting opportunity available for an Automation Testing specialist who is familiar with COINS (or similar ERP / Financial software) and can provide training/support to our user base.
You will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth software adoption, enhancing user experience, and promoting best practices to maximize software functionality. The role also involves overseeing the management of test plans and journeys using testing software to verify performance and reliability, aligning with our systems' evergreen model, and supporting change management during delivery. This position combines operational activities and project work. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective finance systems training sessions to both new and existing customers, ensuring they are proficient in using the applications.
Key Deliverables and Accountabilities
1. Collaborate with the Finance Systems Team to understand the strategy and upcoming projects for user testing requirements.
2. Configure and manage testing software to ensure good health checking and change management delivery.
3. Identify system defects from testing and work closely with developers and third parties to resolve them.
4. Build and evolve test automations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training that streamlines processes and optimizes finance systems.
6. Work with the Finance Systems Team to understand training requirements for upcoming projects.
7. Provide multiple learning opportunities to the user base.
8. Keep learning materials relevant and current with system versions.
9. Document processes and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.
