Key Responsibilities for a Charge Nurse
* Lead and coordinate nursing care within the neurological unit.
* Support, supervise, and guide nurses and healthcare staff across the service.

* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care.
About You
* Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
* Strong experience within neurological or complex respiratory care at Senior Nurse, Ward Sister or Charge Nurse level.
* Competent in tracheostomy, ventilator, PEG, catheter, and complex clinical care.
