Their mission is to improve outcomes for patients, insurers and legal professionals through expert and compassionate care.
As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join their small but dynamic team.
You'll be leading the charge in automating and improving key business processes.
This is a high ownership role where your ideas will shape the future of their operations!
What You'll Be Doing:
* Taking full ownership of identifying inefficiencies in existing manual workflows and leading automation initiatives
* Collaborating across teams to gather requirements, map processes and implement solutions
* Bringing strategic thinking and creativity to problem solving - Your voice and input will be valued from day one
* Supporting the transition from manual systems to streamlined digital processes, using a mix of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
What You'll Bring:
* Experience owning and delivering business process improvements end to end
* A problem solving mindset with a proactive, self starting attitude
* Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
* A track record of successfully automating or digitising operational processes
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and guide stakeholders
