About the Role
An Architectural Technician is required to support residential-led projects through key delivery stages.
You will work across RIBA Stages 3–5, producing coordinated technical information and collaborating with architects, consultants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce technical drawings, specifications and tender packages
* Support projects through RIBA Stages 3–5
* Coordinate with consultants and contractors
* Attend site visits, surveys and project meetings
* Assist with CDM Designer duties
About You
* Minimum 3 years’ UK architectural practice experience
* Strong technical detailing ability
* AutoCAD required (Revit advantageous)
* Good communication and organisation skills
