Hours: 3 days per week working agreement. Office Requirement: 3 days per week working from the office
Pay: £19.35
This is a temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.

About the Role:
Brief Description:
* To support TRU Chief Engineer and wider teams in providing an efficient and effective general administrative and secretarial support service.
* Coordinating travel arrangements, booking accommodation and car hire for team members.
* Scheduling meetings and reserving meeting rooms to ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Managing the calendars for senior leadership, addressing any availability issues, and resolving scheduling conflicts as they arise.
* Assisting with the onboarding process by organising necessary equipment and ensuring new joiners have the appropriate access to systems and resources.
* Maintaining office supplies and stationary inventory.
* Providing secretarial support by taking minutes at meetings when required.
* Updating and maintaining the action tracker, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are clearly documented and followed up on.
* Carrying out administrative tasks as directed by the team and performing duties in a way that reflects and supports core values.
Ideal Candidate:
* Skilled in multitasking and prioritising tasks efficiently.
* Strong proficiency in key IT software, including Outlook, Windows, and Excel.
* Excellent time management skills.
* High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Effective communication, both verbal and written, at all levels within the organisation.
* Experience working with dynamic teams in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing demands and thriving under pressure.
* Will be trained on specific booking systems if needed.
