Please note that this vacancy may be withdrawn at any time should it be filled via the internal redeployment process Job Overview To provide highly efficient and professional administrative and analysis support to the VBHC Programme The post holder will have demonstrable expertise in a full range of administrative and organisational policies and procedures, including analytical skills acquired through training and relevant experience. The post holder will work within the VBHC Programme but will be working collaboratively with all services in the development of PROM/VBHC visualisations. The post holder will be responsible for setting up systems and databases where needed to support short to medium goals. This post is fixed term for 5months to meet the needs of the service. The post holder will be responsible for setting up systems and databases where needed to support short to medium goals. Duties/Responsibilities The post holder will be expected to develop administrative policies using systematic processes and lean methodologies to improve service efficiency within the programme. The post holder, on a day to day basis will manage the processes and associated administration of the programme. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly and will be given the autonomy to prioritise work to ensure that the programme manager is fully briefed, prepared and well supported. The post holder will be expected to seek advice when necessary but will be responsible for managing own area of work. This post is fixed term for 5 months to meet the needs of the service.
