A great opportunity has arisen to join a strong hospitality business across the London/UK & the world, they are entering a new look for the company so this is an exciting time, this role will lead the talent attraction strategy, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring purpose, vision, values, and goals are at the forefront when attracting and appointing new staff in UK, from senior roles, supporting your team on operational roles across the world.
The Head of Talent role:
1. Accountable for reporting on key recruitment metrics and analytics
2. Drive and champion the D&I agenda, coaching and influencing stakeholders to raise the profile of talent diversity, partnering with inclusive platforms, and measuring the success of our approaches
3. Providing hands on recruitment advice and support to senior leaders in their role of ‘hiring manager’ to recruit specialists and leaders into their teams
4. Act as the subject matter expert and consultant for managers across all levels of the business
5. The gatekeeper for attracting culture add and talented individuals, whilst ensuring we adhere to country specific recruitment legislation
6. Keep a firm eye on internal talent pipelines, championing internal progression opportunities before attracting externally
7. Travelling across the globe – working with your team and leading recruitment in different divisions
8. Working with generalists within the People & Culture Team and the Learning & Development Team, you will collectively support the development of our hiring managers through training and coaching programmes
Experience NEEEDED to be considered: (hospitality background)
9. Ability to work autonomously with a solution focussed mindset
10. At ease working in a sometimes chaotic and always fast changing environment
11. A track record of having used your professional network and market intelligence to tap into top talent
12. Strong relationships management – Managed a team of 4 at a minimum
13. Demonstrated success in social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Glassdoor to drive employer brand
14. Demonstrable experience in a similar role driving a talent acquisition strategy across the UK (and Europe preferably)
