Job responsibilities The post holder will be accountable for designing, developing, evaluating and reporting on a broad range of digital learning opportunities as part of the Clinical Education and Standards (CE&S) departments blended learning approach, Lead on adjustments to plans or strategies to ensure it reflects the needs of the Trust whilst taking account of the learning and development needs of all staff and ensuring equal access across the organisation. The post holder will further the London Ambulance Services education provision by leading and collaborating with relevant leads in the implementation of digital and blended learning training opportunities for staff across the Trust. This role is key in developing digital systems within the LAS to provide a seamless digital learning experience for learners and tutors. Responsible for the development, planning and provision of the LAS digital learning systems and services (e.g. AtLAS), including systems integration, workflow processes, advice and help with digital video, audio, still image capture, digitisation and their online dissemination.
