Job Description
 1. Assist clients in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex financial transactions.
 2. Draft and review legal documentation, including credit agreements, security documents, and other related contracts.
 3. Provide strategic legal advice to clients on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
 5. Conduct thorough legal research to support client transactions and internal decision-making.
 6. Participate in client meetings and provide updates on transaction progress and legal considerations.
 7. Mentor junior associates and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
 8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in structured finance and related legal practices.
