GSL Education are seeking a dedicated RE Teacher to work with schools across Doncaster, including the DN2 and DN6 areas, delivering engaging lessons that encourage thoughtful discussion and learning. As a Religious Education (RE) Teacher, you will deliver well-structured lessons exploring world religions, ethics, and moral themes, helping students develop critical thinking skills while creating a respectful and inclusive classroom environment. Main Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality RE lessons in line with the national curriculum. Teach topics covering major world religions, values, and ethical issues. Encourage open discussion and respectful debate. Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as an RE Teacher in a school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). What’s in It for You?
