I'm partnering with a luxury beauty & cosmetics brand looking to hire a Wholesale Operations Manager to strengthen their UK operations. About the Role
Reporting directly to Head of Supply Chain, you’ll oversee the full supply chain function across key retail accounts, including major names like John Lewis, Sephora, and Cult Beauty. You’ll manage a small team (two direct reports), lead the relationship with the 3PL warehouse, and act as a key commercial partner - working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive stock availability, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of commercial supply chain management, retail relationship building, and operational leadership.
