Job Responsibilities
1. Collaborate closely with General Managers (GMs) and Regional General Managers (RGMs) to create and implement a cohesive sales strategy for the hotels.
2. Coordinate with the central Revenue and Marketing departments to align hotel sales activities with ongoing campaigns and strategies.
3. Ensure robust sales planning for the corporate market and key holiday periods, including listings, internal sales activities, and outreach actions.
4. Manage and oversee the hotel’s social media accounts, using appropriate messaging to boost awareness and engagement.
5. Implement weekly sales activities targeted to meet hotel sales targets.

* Possesses extensive industry contacts, especially within Manchester tourism, with additional knowledge of the Chester region considered a plus.
* Can think commercially about sales, ensuring activities drive profit as well as volume.

* Willing to travel regularly, including overnight stays as required.
* Proficient with IT, capable of producing and analyzing sales reports and data.
