We are working with a lovely Gp practice in the area of Falmouth, who require the support of a Medical Receptionist/Administrator on a full time temporary basis with the possibility of being taken on permanently. Duties - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment diary efficiently - Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel - Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality - Process patient registrations, insurance forms, and payments - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Qualifications - Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is advantageous - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are a proactive individual with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care through efficient administrative support, We welcome your application for the Medical Receptionist position.
