Job Description
· Oversee and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.· Process and reconcile customer payments efficiently.· Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.· Collaborate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies.· Prepare financial reports and updates for management.· Assist with month-end closing activities.· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.· Support the accounting & finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable professional should have:· 1-3 years' experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.· Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.· Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.· Knowledge of the construction industry preferrable.· A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
