They are currently seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in Slough, Berkshire.

* A qualified solicitor with 3 to 5 years PQE
* A proactive and professional approach with a commitment to client service
* Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
* Can work independently and manage a full and varied caseload
What will your role look like?
* Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
* Handling a full range of commercial conveyancing matters, including leases (tenant and landlord), freehold and leasehold transactions of offices, industrial premises, retail and warehouses, etc.
* Managing your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion
* Liaising effectively with clients, agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations
* Maintaining high levels of client care and service standards
