Are you currently in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, Transformation, or Strategic Operations and looking for a role where you can genuinely influence the future direction of a global technology business?
Im partnering with a high-growth international software and technology organisation seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations to work directly alongside the Chief Strategy Officer and executive leadership team.
This is not a traditional strategy role.
You wont be sitting on the sidelines creating presentations that gather dust. Youll be at the centre of the organisations most important decisions, leading strategic initiatives that drive growth, expansion, operational excellence, and long-term value creation across EMEA and APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Partner directly with the Chief Strategy Officer on critical business priorities
✅ Lead high-impact cross-functional transformation and growth programmes
✅ Shape enterprise strategy through market, customer, financial and operational insights
✅ Evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, investments and acquisitions
✅ Influence executive and board-level decision making
✅ Drive strategic execution across international markets

✔ 5+ years of strategy, consulting, transformation or operational leadership experience
✔ Strong executive stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
✔ Commercially minded strategist who can turn ideas into measurable outcomes
✔ Strong knowledge of EMEA markets (APAC exposure is advantageous)
✔ Interest in leveraging AI, automation and modern business intelligence tools
Package:
