About DOJO

We’re building a new category of MarTech - the AI Marketing Operating System. One year in, we are well-funded, shipping fast, and being used by 80+ tech-forward brands.

We were recently named one of Wired’s 100 Hottest Startups and included on Sifted’s Startups To Watch.

Our team is split between London and Lisbon, with the majority of our revenue coming from the UK and the US. As we enter a new stage of growth, we need an Inbound Account Executive to help us keep up with demand.

About This Role

This is a pure closing role. No cold calling, no outbound prospecting, no chasing leads who don’t want to talk to you. You’ll spend your time with prospects who have already raised their hand. The product is easy to understand, the sales cycle is short (typically 4 weeks), and the pricing is straightforward. Every day is an opportunity to close.

What You’ll Do

Inbound demos

• Run an average of 3 product demos per day with qualified inbound leads

• Qualify prospects and match them to the right pricing tier

• Handle objections and pricing questions

• Follow up consistently until deals close (or don’t)

Conversion recovery

• Follow up with prospects who signed up for a demo or a trial but didn’t convert

• Remove friction and help warm prospects get over the line

Pilot-to-paid conversion

• Check in with customers at the end of their pilot period to close them into paid subscriptions

Day-to-day

• Keep the CRM clean and accurate

• Flag product feedback and feature requests to the team

• Hit your monthly and quarterly numbers

Who You Are

You’re someone who:

• Is friendly and genuinely enjoys talking to people all day

• Gets satisfaction from every closed deal

• Is naturally organised and follows through on what you say you’ll do

• Can explain things clearly without overcomplicating them

• Handles rejection without taking it personally

• Thrives on doing the same thing well, repeatedly - the 50th demo is as sharp as the first

Experience we’d like to see:

• 1–3 years in any customer-facing role where you had to hit targets

• Some exposure to SaaS and/or marketing and media

• Demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding goals

• A general interest in AI and emerging technologies

We don’t care about:

• Which university you went to

• How many years of ‘SaaS sales experience’ you have

• Whether you can recite MEDDIC or Challenger or any sales methodology

What We Value

We hire on values, not ‘culture fit’. Here’s what matters to us:

Authenticity. You’re the same person in the interview as you are three months in. You don’t pretend to be someone you’re not to close a deal or impress a colleague. What you see is what you get.

Transparency. You’re upfront when deals aren’t going well and don’t inflate your pipeline. This gives us an opportunity to help or change course rather than find out after.

Grit. We’re a high-growth company and we move fast. We want people who see opportunity in that pace and lean into challenges rather than away from them.

Ownership. We want people who are motivated by results and take ownership of how they get there. We’ll give you a clear path to success - what you do with it is up to you.

Compensation

Base Salary

£50,000 – £55,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

£90,000 – £100,000

Commission

Uncapped, paid monthly

Ramp Period

3 months (reduced quota)

Location

London, hybrid (3 days in office)

Interview Process

We respect your time. Here’s exactly what to expect:

1. Application review (1–2 days)

We’ll review your application and get back to you either way.

2. Intro call (20 minutes, video)

Quick chat to make sure there’s mutual fit. We’ll answer your questions about the role.

3. Mock demo (30 - 45 minutes, video)

We’ll give you basic product info in advance. You’ll run a demo for us as if we’re a prospect. This is the most important step.

4. Meet the team (1 hour, in person)

Come to the office, meet some people, see if you’d actually want to work here.

5. Offer (within 48 hours of final interview)

If it’s a yes, we move fast.

Total time commitment: ~2.5 hours of your time across 1–2 weeks.

How to Apply

Send us:

• Your CV

• A few sentences on why this specific role appeals to you (not a cover letter, just a few lines)

No need for a fancy application. We’re looking for clear communication, not performance.

DOJO AI is an equal opportunity employer. We don’t discriminate based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. We’re building a team that reflects the diversity of the marketers we serve.
