As our Marketing & Engagement Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Marketing & Engagement Manager and Employee Engagement Lead to help bring Auger to life - supporting campaigns, social media, events, and internal engagement. You’ll track what works, share fresh ideas, and help shape experiences that connect with both our people and customers. The role The successful candidate will: Stay up to date with marketing trends and bring fresh ideas into campaigns and initiatives Support the development and delivery of social media and broader marketing campaigns (digital and offline, B2B & B2C) Create, edit, and schedule content across social media, email, and website channels Assist with social media management, community engagement, and maintaining our Trustpilot presence Support the planning, promotion, and coordination of events and engagement initiatives Monitor and report on marketing performance, including social, website, and SEO metrics Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, CRM tools, and assist in the preparation of training materials and supporting copy Assist the Employee Engagement Lead with re-occurring monthly tasks and team initiatives Work closely with members of our Management Team to support business priorities through targeted marketing activities Take responsibility for the upkeep and presentation of our Head Office We'd love to hear from you if : You are comfortable using Microsoft tools, with experience in Canva considered a plus You have a background or qualification in Marketing (this is desirable but not essential ) You have strong attention to detail, with pride taken in producing accurate, high-quality work You have clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals You are naturally curious and creative, with a passion for problem-solving You are proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to bring forward new ideas and improvements You are able to work well under pressure, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively You are looking for a career – we want our working relationship to be a long standing one!
