Site: Radbourne Unit, Town Derby. Salary £109,725 – £145,478 per annum, pro rata. Salary period: yearly. Closing date 28/05/2026 23:59.

Job Overview
Applicants must be on the GMC Specialist Register or eligible for entry within six months of the interview date.
Main Duties
* Act as a clinical leader, shaping and developing the service during the Trust’s new build project.
* Support the transition of Ward 35 to the Kingsway Site and the establishment of Dove Ward.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams and promote patient‑centred care.
* Advise on and contribute to service improvement and policy development.

Qualifications
* MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
* Fully registered with GMC with license.
* Approved clinician status.
* Eligibility for GMC Specialist Register within six months of interview date.
Skills
* Excellent knowledge of the speciality.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
* Ability to meet duties under MHA and MCA.
* Leadership and team working skills.
* Experience in research and service provision.
