About the role

We’re looking for a seasoned Director of Enterprise Programme Delivery to lead the delivery of large-scale, high-impact programmes across Proxymity. You’ll be responsible for ensuring co-ordination, efficient execution, and consistent delivery of complex initiatives across multiple departments, with a particular focus on cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

This is a critical leadership role, ideal for someone with extensive experience in programme delivery within complex high growth organisations, who can assimilate and communicate complex information in a clear, structured and consistent way.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide programmes, ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, and budgets.
* Partner closely with client facing teams and with Product, Technology, Operations and Onboarding teams to coordinate and drive programme outcomes.
* Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders across the business, communicating progress, risks, and dependencies with clarity and objectivity.
* Establish and maintain programme governance frameworks, best practices and efficient processes that enable delivery at pace without compromising quality.
* Identify and manage interdependencies, proactively resolving blockers to keep initiatives on track and escalating where necessary
* Oversee and develop programme/project management team members, ensuring high performance and alignment with organisational goals.
* Support continuous improvement in enterprise onboarding processes and quality assurance alignment.
* Regularly produce a company wide view of key programs and projects for the leadership team with clear categorization of risks, dependencies, and mitigants.
* 15–20 years of progressive experience in programme/project management roles, with at least 10 years delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives within large or fast-scaling organisations.
* Proven track record of delivering successful B2B enterprise technology programmes.
* Strong understanding of QA development lifecycles and complex onboarding processes in an enterprise context.
* Confident, clear communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels with objectivity and professionalism.
* Experienced people manager, capable of developing talent and driving accountability within your team.
* Domain knowledge (e.g. proxy voting/asset servicing) is a plus but not a requirement.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complexity.
