Malones is a city centre family run Irish bar, that prides itself on live music, sport and an ability to deliver a great night out with its electric atmosphere. We are looking to add a venue supervisor to our fantastic team.
This role responsible for providing high standard of service to our customers and overseeing the run of service on both bar and floor. The role will require you to working closely with the senior management team for the entire venue to develop the bar and ensure a positive customer experience. The right candidate should possess previous supervisor experience in a high volume venue.

· Opening and closing the building during quieter times
· Ensuring and safe working environment for other employees and customers
· Provide direction to both bar and floor teams under your supervision
Ensure that the experience of other team members is positive, and attitudes are correct for service.
Customer Experience
Ensure that the service provided is premium, upbeat and efficient and that all staff are adhering to this.
All customer issues are dealt with promptly and according to procedure
Experience and Training
The ideal candidate will have come from previous bar/pub experience, working in high volume venues with some level of management experience. Must be able to direct and lead teams in high pressure enviroments with impeccable bar standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.25 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
