IT Support Engineer – 3-month contract
My Customer is looking for an IT Support Engineer that will play a key role in providing high-quality technical support to internal employees across multiple platforms and devices (Windows, Mac, Android).
The IT Support Engineer will act as the main escalation point from the Service Desk, this individual will deliver expert troubleshooting and in-person assistance, ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable end-user technology experiences across the organisation.
Key skills from the IT Support Engineer:
Previous experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or End User Computing (Level 2/3).
* Strong background supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
* Hands-on experience with:
o Microsoft Intune & Autopilot
o JAMF for macOS management
o PDQ Deploy
o CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, Rapid7
o Mobile device management for iOS and Android
* Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Freshservice.
* Good understanding of endpoint security, MFA, encryption, and data protection practices.
Key responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:
