Base Management Advisor (Permanent, Full Time)
Salary – £25,000 per annum dependant on experience
Location – Hull, Carr Lane, 2 days minimum office based

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively reach out to customers to conduct account health checks and offer tailored solutions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and performance outcomes
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
* Deliver outstanding customer service that drives retention and satisfaction
* Adapt your communication style to suit each customer, ensuring the best possible outcome
* Collaborate with colleagues to support a unified approach to base management
* Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and market trends
* Manage your time effectively to exceed performance targets and KPIs
Requirements
* We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about customer success and confident in a sales-driven environment. You’ll bring:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A customer-first mindset with a flair for negotiation and persuasion
* Proven experience in outbound sales or customer retention
* Strong IT skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to exceed expectations
