What You Will Do:
Lead and manage complex casework, applying a strength‑based, person‑centred approach.
Act as a safeguarding lead, ensuring robust practice and promoting high standards across the service.
Provide mentorship and supervision to team members and students, fostering professional development and consistency in best practice.
Deputise for the Team Manager when required, overseeing case allocation, planning, and responding to complaints.
Contribute to budget and performance management, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Participate in audits, Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SARs), and reflective learning processes to enhance quality assurance.
Support service innovation through effective leadership, collaboration, and evidence-based practice.
