As the central point of communication between clients, engineers, and internal teams, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a thriving team and grow within a well-established, fast-paced business.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinate Engineer Schedules: Organise visits for routine servicing, urgent call-outs, remedial works, and inspections.

Customer Liaison: Be the first point of contact for clients—handling queries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
*
Maximise Efficiency: Allocate workloads strategically to optimise field engineers' time and meet daily and weekly revenue targets.
*
Ensure Compliance: Track completed jobs, review engineer reports, and ensure service standards and regulations are met.
*
Manage Subcontractors: Arrange and monitor subcontracted work, maintaining alignment with service level agreements.
*
Support Admin Processes: Keep the service management system up to date, create work orders, and assist with reporting for finance and management teams.
