Ward Manager - Therapeutic Support Service
Job Overview
Permanent Band 7 Ward Manager position in the Therapeutic Support Service in Bryn Y Neuadd. The role offers an opportunity to maximise management and clinical expertise in a complex environment. Welsh language skills are desirable, but all applicants who are fluent in English or Welsh are welcome to apply.
Main Duties
* Lead and support the Matron in delivering quality care to individuals with complex health needs.
* Manage staff, resources and clinical practice to meet organisational standards.
* Motivate and develop the team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
* Work flexibly within the ward team to support service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications
* Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RMN) with relevant experience.
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
