Base pay range
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Senior Payroll & HR Admin Partner to join our Human Resources team at our Head Office in Islington. The salary is £32,000 per annum, for a 35-hour workweek, starting at £32,000 and increasing to £33,093 after passing probation.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll
* Manage day-to-day payroll administration ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Review exception reports to identify and correct errors
* Coordinate with HR Admin and Payroll Manager for data validation
* Serve as liaison with auditors and third parties regarding payroll matters
HR Admin
* Handle HR queries via phone and email, providing prompt responses
* Ensure timely issuance of contractual change letters and system updates
* Respond to policy and process questions, escalating as needed
