We are looking for a Senior Family Support Worker to join our Early Help Service in Pendle.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support frontline teams delivering high-quality early help interventions.
As a Senior Family Support Worker, you will:
* Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of frontline staff (typically 5–10 direct reports).
* Deliver targeted early help support through a key service theme:
* Intensive Support – Whole-family casework for complex needs.
* Manage resources, monitor performance, and ensure high standards of practice.
* Work collaboratively with partners to improve outcomes for children and families.
What We're Looking For:
* Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Substantial experience in early help services and supervising staff.
* Strong understanding of thresholds, evidence-based interventions, and multi-agency working.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
