Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the fullmercial management of interior and fit‑out projects, ensuring cost control, accuracy andpliance throughout all stages of the construction process. You will be involved from the initial tender and procurement phases through to negotiation, valuations, variations and the final account. Working closely with project managers, site teams and subcontractors, you will help drivemercial performance, provide cost advice, manage packages efficiently and contribute to the successful financial delivery of each project.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, ideally with exposure to interior fit‑out or a related environment. Strongmercial awareness, excellentmunication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced project setting are essential. A proactive and detail‑driven mindset, along with the ability to build strong working relationships, will help you thrive in this growing team. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline will be highly advantageous.
