Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with several operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Small Works, Retail, Housing and Maintenance. We employ over 250 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland.
Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join our finance department in our Paisley head Office.
Role & Responsibilities
Duties will include but not be limited to;
* Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
* Analysing the monthly financial results
* Bank and cash flow analysis
* Bank and Nominal reconciliations
* PAYE and VAT submissions
* Assist in the creation of management reports for the company Directors
* Auditing internal accounting processes and procedures
* Reporting to the Finance Director in all areas of finance
* Fully embrace the companies Customers 1st campaign to continually improve the way we deal with our customers.
The Candidate
CA, ACCA or CIMA qualifications are required. Ideally experience within a fast-paced finance department would be preferred but not essential.
