About the Role As a primary/nursery teaching assistant, you will: Work closely with the class teacher to support pupils across the primary/nursery curriculum. Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to help children meet learning objectives. Promote engagement, independence, and positive behaviour within the classroom. Assist in preparing resources and adapting activities to support different learning needs. Help create an inclusive, encouraging, and safe learning environment for all pupils. Possess a DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one). Be patient, adaptable, and committed to helping all pupils succeed.
