We are currently recruiting for a Freight Forwarder with multimodal experience to join a well-established logistics team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate to take the next step in their freight forwarding career within a dynamic and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating import and export shipments across air, road, and sea
* Managing full cycle freight forwarding processes, including quotations, bookings, and customs documentation
* Liaising with clients, carriers, and agents to ensure timely and efficient transport
* Providing excellent customer service and problem-solving support throughout the shipment process
* Maintaining accurate records in line with compliance and operational procedures
