Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Degree in physiotherapy or equivalent
* HCPC registration
* accredited student educator
Desirable criteria
* Post grad training / Qualification in relevant topics
* Post graduate qualification / experience in leadership
Experience
Essential criteria
* Ability to demonstrate significant consolidated clinical experience at senior level in acute specialities
* Able to work alone and as part of a team
* Ability to demonstrate clinical experience in specialist setting
Skills, knowledge and ability
Essential criteria
* Must possess advanced verbal and communication skills
* Ability to manage highly complex caseload
* Ability to analyse, select and apply appropriate physiotherapy interventions from a range of modalities
* Evidence of improvements in practice
* Ability to monitor and manage the performance of staff within the team
Desirable criteria
* Experience in running or involvement in clinical or service audit
* Member of relevant CSP special interest group or equivalent
Other

* Commitment to CPD
* To accept change and help support others during times of transition
